Job Description: Director - Compensation and Benefits
This position provides leadership to clients related to compensation projects and/or processes, such as pay planning, market pricing, incentive programs, C&B cost analysis, pay budgeting and other compensation projects. Responsibilities include planning and managing the projects, conducting background research and market surveys, assessing current state of processes with client, conducting process improvement initiatives, developing business requirements for systems, providing implementation support and training to C&B and HR, and providing ongoing process support. The incumbent will lead and assemble project teams and work with the client C&B and HR teams to implement new compensation programs.
