Title: Director of Client Delivery
FLSA Status:Exempt
Reports to: President
Department: Operations

Working Conditions:
Travel: 30% -50%
Physical Requirements: N/A
The nature of this position allows for telecommuting with periodic travel to Corporate Headquarters, client and prospect sites and industry events.

PrimaryResponsibilities:
Coordinate, participate in and conduct client update meetings to support the development and implementation of the product to the client, including communication to the Leadership Team and other affected Inveshare teams
Operate as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the current product as well as upcoming product features
Perform necessary liaison functions between Product/Project Management, Development, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing as client/product feedback dictates
Direct UAT Plan preparation and coordinate UAT testing for client-impacting releases to achieve final sign-off for releasing new code to production
Oversee the creation and maintenance of all product collateral such as user guides, user help and training material
Establish and execute on client training plans
Manage communications and planning activities with major industry constituents such as the DTCC, Transfer Agents, Tabulators and Solicitors
Identify new product opportunities and product enhancements as part of implementation and client support activities
Support company policies, practices and procedures to ensure implementation of vision, values and mission in interaction with clients
Support Sales in the discussion with prospects on product, client service, and implementation planning

Skills:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Application Suite including Project and Visio
Overall understanding of software development process and best practices
Ability to create formal documentation for Training, User Guides, Product Specification, Process flows and other design related documents
Strong interpersonal skills with special focus on achieving active participation of appropriate individuals across the business
Effective planning and execution of cross-functional projects
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to meet organizational success
Ability to make meaningful, actionable recommendations and creatively propose solutions as issues arise
Ability to interact positively and effectively with employees at all levels within the organization

Experience:
College Degree in arelated field or equivalent experience, MBA candidate with concentration infinance, IT or product management preferred
Minimum 5 yearsexperience with software/product development and implementation
Minimum 5 years clientservice or relationship management experience.
Minimum of 2 years inshareholder communications or brokerage service industry.
Proven understandingin the project life cycle methodology
Demonstratedself-motivation
Demonstrated abilityto work with cross-functional teams
Experience withvarious aspects of shareholder communications is a plus.
