The Director of Marketing - Community Growth is responsible for sourcing the heart and soul of our company – our independent contractor driver partners. This role is highly visible and is a great opportunity to have a significant impact on Deliv’s mission to give people the freedom to do more of what matters to them. You’ll lead a team of marketers to source driver partners from online and offline channels. This role reports to the VP of Marketing in our corporate office in Menlo Park, CA.
Manage driver acquisition across all channels (online and offline) ensuring driver partner top of funnel supply meets forecasted demand on a daily/weekly basis.
Build driver acquisition go-to-market plan, including the evergreen channel mix and heavy up campaigns for ramp by market.
Think creatively about segmenting, targeting and reaching potential driver partners with the appropriate channels and messages by market, and ensure creative validation through A/B testing.
While a player/coach in some areas, build and manage a team to devise, implement, measure, and optimize marketing strategies across all channels - Paid Marketing, Partnerships/Co-marketing, Referrals, Promotions etc.
Optimize acquisition costs. Track and report on Performance KPIs across all acquisition channels to optimize ROI, including highlighting investment tradeoffs between all CPA-based activities.
Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with product, community and operations teams to ensure successful execution of marketing plans and tracking tools.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
BA/BS in marketing or other relevant degree. MBA a plus.
8+ years of marketing /performance marketing experience.
Shown, successful track record in acquisition marketing online and offline while working against bold CPA and revenue goals.
High proficiency in planning, budgeting and multichannel ROI optimization supported by extraordinary analytical skills.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and ability to execute with minimal directions.
Successful experience and desire to work in a lean startup environment with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to embrace a changing landscape; not afraid to make a mistake and take calculated risks.
Willingness to get in and do the work. No task is too small.
Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment
