Be responsible for driving Here’s Quality Strategic Execution Framework, transforming Quality from a content focused business to a platform (SaaS/Daas) company.
Ensure value is delivered through consistent, outstanding customer experience by listening to our customers, being a focal point for cross-functional quality initiatives, sustaining an unbiased resource of essential quality information; resulting in establishing Here as a leader in quality in addition to a leader in innovation.

Who are you?
You will be successful in this role with the following:
10+ years of increasing leadership responsibilities within technology/development organization, capable of leading and succeeding in a multi-national environment
Track record leading and implementing quality management principles and methodologies including ISO 9001, 15504, 27001, Six Sigma and Lean, QFD, DOE and SPC
Track record driving CI/CD quality assurance and testing through the overall development ecosystem
Strong Engineering experience combined with significant business, quality and operations acumen
Track record of delivering results in an Agile environment. Expertise in Agile quality assurance approaches such as continuous integration, automated unit testing, pair programming, test-driven development, design patterns, domain-driven design, and code refactoring
Excellent problem solver and ability to manage culturally diverse internal and external customers, changing market requirements and shifting priorities; ability to think strategically, synthesize complex business/financial data and develop innovative and holistic solutions
