Come join Intuit and the Financial Data Services team as Director of financial institutions (FIs) data and platform integration and support services. To fulfill Intuit’s mission of enabling prosperity for small businesses, self-employed, and consumers around the world, our role is to develop and deliver high quality direct data integrations with financial data providers globally. This position will lead the technical engagement with the financial data providers, such as FIs, all the way to the successful delivery of the connectivity and on-going support to our joint customers.
Define, drive, and communicate the vision, strategy and success metrics for the FI integration and on-boarding initiative
Define the key elements that are required for success – from the consulting and readiness assessment, to integration, testing, and support – working closely with the partners
Build and grow a motivated and expert team, both internally and with selected partners, to deliver successful integrations on time and with the ability to scale around the world
Working closely with the Intuit financial partners, ensure smooth integrations in the most efficient and productive manner for both parties
Measure and track key metrics during the whole engagement and for on-going support – identify and implement improvements that enable self-serve options for an external party to integrate their financial data with Intuit applications
Over time evolve the set of integration and support services to meet the changing requirements of the partner integrations
Qualifications
At least ten years proven experience and success in managing large financial data integration projects with FIs
Technical leader, working and influencing development teams across Intuit and at FI partners
Passion and focus on quality, security and delivering great customer experiences
Partner focused with an approach of delivering value and benefits to Intuit partners
Proven experience in scaling complex initiatives with an ability to run many projects in parallel across many countries
Excellent collaboration skills – leading execution across teams, influencing across internal and external organizations, respected, experience of working across levels from engineers to VPs and GMs
Passion for the customer, both in terms of delivering awesome products and in imagining new ways to solve big customer problems
