The Director of Global SAP and Supply Chain Integration Systems holds strategic partnerships with multiple business functions at Apple including Operations, Finance. Apple Retail, Sales, AppleCare, and Product Marketing to deliver world-class SAP and other Enterprise solutions.
Extremely strong team management and leadership skills
10+ years experience managing large IT teams
Proven success in delivering large enterprise solution programs on time and on budget
Deep knowledge and understanding of complex SAP Landscapes preferred
Ability to drive and manage major cross functional global initiatives
Exceptional business partnership skills
Advanced judgment and problem solving skills
Deal with conflict directly, immediately and constructively
Solid vendor partnership and negotiation skills
Large outsourced IT service vendor management experience is ideal
Exceptional executive communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to produce executive level briefings
Description
This role leads multiple teams of highly skilled functional and technical resources including dotted line teams in APAC and EMEA and is a key member of the IS&T Global leadership teams.
It is key that the individual for this role be able to not only lead effectively in a global, fast paced, matrixed environment, but enjoy it. The candidate will work closely with all levels of both technical and business communities including executive level and accordingly should have strong business acumen and technical knowledge. The role requires the candidate be able to understand and resolve a wide variety of highly complex issues or demands in creative, effective ways working independently and seeking direction when appropriate.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline with 10+ years experience in a senior management capacity required. Experience managing a large scale SAP team is preferred but not required.
International travel 2-4 times a year will be required.
