The Identity & Profile team is responsible for the Intuit’s ecosystem identity, a common platform for all Intuit product experiences and partners. Identity & Profile is a key strategic capability enabling Intuit’s “One Ecosystem” vision and Intuit’s mission of “Powering Prosperity around the World”. The Identity & Profile team is part of the CTO Development organization which is responsible for building Intuit’s strategic capabilities.
· Lead the definition of an inspiring vision and strategy for the Intuit & Profile Platform, a secure, frictionless, and useful identity for users and a platform for business units and partners to leverage identity and profile capabilities.
· Work closely with the product management team and the rest of the cross-functional teams - architecture, product development, program management, and operations teams - to deliver scalable platform capabilities
· Partner with the business units across Intuit to define the strategy, priorities, and share progress on the delivery and business impact of the platform
· Lead Intuit's product team representation in external organizations related to user identity, profile, and security - financial institutions, industry and government associations, application developers, data acquisition companies - including driving partnerships and acquisitions
· Build and grow a team of strong product managers in their role as product owners and defining and delivering awesome products
· Be a key contributor to overall Identity and Profile strategy and plan, as well as cross CTO Dev initiatives
Qualifications
· Over 10 years leading product management and development in software platform, web, and data applications and services
· At least 5 years’ experience managing product management teams
· A proven track record of delivering on complex initiatives working across multiple teams
· Familiarity with the user identity and security space would be a strong plus

· Strong analytical, problem solving, and execution skills, able to lead and coach product managers to solve problems across organizational boundaries to deliver awesome user experiences and game changing solutions
· Passion for the customer, able to imagine new ways to solve big customer problems and to delivering awesome products
· Excellent collaboration skills – leading execution across teams, influencing across organizations, working across levels from engineers and designers to VPs and GMs
· Deep technology skills, preferably building Platforms as Services; able to partner with engineering leaders and architects on the technology roadmap
· Understanding and experience with enterprise agile best practices
· Able to grow strong teams and develop great product leaders
