This role will report to the VP - IT, and run several new projects that are being planned for within the IT organization. These include possible forays into Fashion, AI, etc.
Summary: The Digital Health Product Lead will be responsible for developing the product, platform, and service strategy and definition, value propositions for each customer segment, positioning, and assisting with business development activities.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…
Understand and assess needs of different stakeholders within each customer segment for the market areas and opportunities
Responsible for detailed customer and end-user journey to identify unmet needs
Develop and communicate internally and externally the value proposition of Flex Digital Health offerings
Responsible for positioning of offering by taking into account organization goals, competencies, market opportunities, and competitive landscape
Generate and maintain product roadmap, and work closely with Technology Lead to provide inputs for the technology roadmap
Work closely with customers to gather inputs for user interface design, user experience, and product experience. Translate and document design into specifications, and collaborate with Development team to ensure products are implemented accurately
Innovate and authorize projects using broad and far vision and expertise in customer requirements to improve and/or extend the value proposition to existing customers, linking them more firmly to Flex.
Be responsible to drive, collaborate and steer business development activities to win replacement and growth business.
Implement appropriate strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
Here is some of what you’ll need (required)…
10 + years of product, management experience in a similar industry along with a Bachelors degree - MS preferred
2+ years of similar work experience in the dig
Experience with contract cross industry collaboration
