We have an opportunity for an Engineering Director, DevOps to lead critical teams of build/release, test automation, & tools development engineers. This team provides support & services to enable agility in product delivery through solutions that support environments for continuous integration, build & test and ability to measure progress & code stability. This team enables best practices to build in quality in our products by providing tools for effective/efficient static code analysis, code review, code coverage & integration testing. The ecosystem supports virtual, physical, cloud & hybrid environments.
-This role will require you to lead the effort to migrate from legacy to modern tools to support Agile practices so you must be able to lead direct team and others in the engineering organization through this journey.
-Proven ability to anticipate engineering and business needs and proactively propose solutions. Must be able to effectively partner with engineering leads and EPM to plan releases from technical needs, metrics, and schedules.
-Must have ability to clearly articulate ideas and influence teams and other Directors in the business to move forward with solutions.
-15+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
-7+ years diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skill
