Build, extend, and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) products and services used to improve IT security; with a specific focus on logical user access and controls.
• Implement an authentication platform by working closely with business strategists and other enterprise architects to deliver strategies, road maps, and implementation plans.

• Responsible for the guidance and management of moderate to large team of resources.
• Work closely with business units and global functions to define requirements for new and existing products and services; and to oversee the planning, development, roll-out, and support of these global products.
• Oversee the IAM product life-cycle from initiation to retirement for services such as Privileged Access Management, Authentication, Access Certification, and Identity Administration.
• Become the Subject Matter Expert for developing best practices for the standardized management of access controls and elevated/privileged accounts.
• Responsible for engineering PAM solutions by working closely with IAM architects, vendors, and business managers in order to interpret and apply business requirements and IAM designs for the development of IAM solutions.
• Responsible for rolling out the global PAM solution with an expertise in integrating disparate systems.
• Understand target clients to ascertain their needs and goals; and align market challenges and opportunities in order to satisfy the customers.
• Research, monitor, analyze, and prioritize market challenges identified through input directly received from internal clients and the IAM service delivery channel.
• Support top management in application strategy formulation, application strategic planning, strategic process improvements; and the communication of application strategies to the businesses and key stakeholders.
• Provide application strategy and design guidance; and become the ‘go-to-person’ when defining complex solutions and/or resolving uncommon and uncharted risks and issues associated with application solutions.
• Inform and persuade management regarding application architecture and design, and outline clear choices and actionable solutions.
• Provide overall leadership and participate in activities that clarify business needs and requirements.
• Manage and maintain privileged identity management solutions such as TPAM, BeyondTrust, or CyberArk.
• Analyze discovered privileged and functional user accounts for risk, ownership and access appropriateness using various analytical tools or platforms.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the identity & access management market, competitors, and requirements.
• Subject Matter Expert in Privileged Access Management and Authentication space; and capable of managing large global teams.
• Ability to anticipate client needs based on technology and market knowledge.
• Author business requirement documents, including customer use cases.
• Document and prioritize product requirements based on business challenges, with a focus on reducing risk, improving regulatory compliance, and improving user experience related to logical use access requests.
• Work with diverse teams/groups during design and construction of IAM services to ensure that detailed specifications are aligned with business requirements.
• Play an active role in the development of the overall IAM strategy.
• Act in a marketing capacity to present IAM products and services to business units and global functions.
• Provide critical input to the development of business cases, justifying the resources and capital investment necessary to seek approval for product development initiatives.
• Develop and manage product vision and product line road map, prioritizing investments to generate optimal business and market performance.
• Influence development teams to design high-quality technical solutions that fit the with IAM architecture and IT security standards.
• Analyze vendor proposals, develop 'build vs. buy' analyses, and provide management recommendations on the use of vendor specific products and services.



Position Requirements:
•Job Qualifications:
• 15+ years of IT management; 3+ years product management, preferably in enterprise application, infrastructure, or IT security domains (specifically in Privileged Access Management and Authentication).
• Ability to understand, synthesize, document, and communicate client needs and objectives.
• Proven experience with the development of business requirement documents.
• Ability to devise creative/innovative solutions in response to client requests and strategic product goals.
• Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to understand complex business and technical concepts; and to be able to make balanced judgments when faced with trade-offs.
• Ability to quickly establish credibility and build a rapport with a broad set of constituencies.
• Demonstrated experience working with and driving cross-functional teams with the ability to build consensus and influence through collaborative efforts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
• A high degree of adaptability/flexibility.
• Willingness to challenge business operating models when necessary.
• Ability to effectively build relationships in a global workplace and market space.
• Results oriented, with a demonstrated track record of success.
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
