Provide strategic and operational leadership by leading the PGS Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Global Strategy solution in NA/PR, as part of the Global Engineering IFM Team and Engineering Operations continuing to evolve the IFM Program. Key accountabilities include ensuring operational effectiveness of site service delivery, assessing regional regulations and establishing IFM HR strategies, deploying Change Management tools, contract management, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining good vendor relations. Additional value will be brought to Pfizer and PGS by future Program expansion across the Network.
Provide leadership of the NA/PR IFM Program, including potential Program expansion to other sites in the region and/or scope of work expansion.
Formulate operational strategies consistent with IFM best practices and current initiatives (GRP, Energy & Climate Change, MRO, etc.).
Establish proper performance and compliance monitoring and control tools, including KPI measures, Performance and Financial reports, GMax management processes, Communication plans, Change Control, Governance, etc.
Address and resolve operational issues and concerns (service levels/ HR / responsiveness).
Manage the IFM Program, including operational contract requirements, vendor relationships, monitoring, benchmarking and mutual site support.
Working with the vendor and site teams, develop/execute innovative and continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
Drive for consistency and adoption of Best Practices across the sites
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
A four year technical degree in an Engineering related discipline is required. At least, 10 yrs. of experience working within a Pharma. Industry or related manufacturing environment managing a large engineering, maintenance, and utilities organization is also required. A graduate level degree that relates to Pharm. Mfg., Process Engineering, Automation, Utilities/Energy or Equipment/Reliability Engineering would also be beneficial. Experience managing IFM Programs is preferred.
Strong administrative, leadership, strategic and technical skills are a must:
In depth working knowledge of the Global Reliability, Energy and Climate Change, MRO and EHS Programs, as well as Manufacturing Operations expertise
Contract management experience
Credible Leader in the EMU community and PGS
Extensive experience with a broad customer base and technical teams.
Strong capability to establish rapport with OpU leaders. Enabling function leaders, Site Operational leaders and teams within GE to support effective implementation of IFM Delivery Model
Strong partnership skills
Global experience beneficial
An exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and innovative capabilities.
Understanding of IFM Business Strategies and Market trends.
Strong capabilities to understand, lead, and nurture a growing business support program.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Able to travel frequently (40%).
Knowledgeable of financial models and computer literacy.

Role must be based in a NA Pfizer site. Business travel is expected to be around a 40% range.
