Director Product Marketing GetFeedback San Francisco

The Director of Product Marketing will be responsible for understanding the needs of GetFeedback’s target buyer persona, and translating those requirements into compelling packaging, positioning, pricing and supporting go-to-market assets. This role is highly visible and cross-functional, requiring regular communication with GetFeedback executive management, product management, and sales leadership.
Work in collaboration with product management, maintain buyer persona profiles detailing business challenges, opportunities, buying behavior and other vital market data.
Develop go-to-market strategies and marketing plans necessary to meet company revenue goals
Provide product-level positioning and marketing messaging for GetFeedback offerings
Define and report KPIs to track product adoption and revenue targets
Coordinate cross-functional product launches
Partner with sales to understand the sales cycle, including buyer personas, sales motions, and adoption barriers. Work cross-functionally to continuously streamline the sales cycle
Lead product marketing campaigns to accelerate sales initiatives
Create collateral to communicate the value of GetFeedback products to different types of buyer personas
Develop sales enablement materials that help sellers effectively position and sell against competition
Support awareness activities including webinars, industry events, direct marketing, web pages, collateral, customer case studies, videos, and speaking as needed
Develop and oversee prospect and customer communications
Build the appropriate go-to-market assets to support product, solutions and key launches
Build ongoing thought leadership assets including eBooks, webcasts and blogs
Become the subject matter expert on GetFeedback’s market including trends, buyer personas, business challenges, competitive players and product positioning.
Manage the competitive intelligence program; inform product and sales with relevant competitive learnings and materials
Conduct regular market research to determine GetFeedback’s core addressable market and strategic growth opportunities
Manage the launch process including timelines, deliverables and sales training activities.
Help lead the customer advisory board and work with our customer base to understand requirements, trends and key use cases.
What We Are Looking For

7+ years of technology product marketing to SMB market
Experience in marketing Software and SaaS.
Domain expertise and/or experience in marketing, customer experience, employee engagement, a plus
Excellent communication skills with an ability to articulate a product vision and messages, especially translating concepts into clear, compelling language
Proven success developing and managing product go-to-market plans
Experience working directly with senior management, direct sales and partners
Strong business acumen is a must, as well as strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to draw conclusions based on data
Experience conducting market research and analysis, detailed competitor and pricing analyses
Exceptional ability to develop messaging that compels buyers to buy
Detail and results oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution
Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to create white papers, blogs, sales pitch presentations, thought leadership presentations, and other marketing assets
Knowledge of Salesforce, experience with the Salesforce ecosystem a plus
BA/BS required; MBA preferred
