IBM is seeking a strong Sales Executive within its Cloud Channel group. The ideal candidate will have a background in the recruitment of new partners and customers. You will be responsible for business development within this vertical market. In addition, you will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing the most critical solutions and define a win-win business structure and go to market approach.
Design, implement and monitor ESA Distributor programs and incentives
Collaborate with GEO and Units teams to qualify ESA Distributor prospects based on business case, market opportunity and solution vertical focus
Collaborate with GEO and Unit teams to recruit new ESA Distributors
On-board ESA Distributors
Provide ESA Distributors with program enablement/training
Acts with a sense of urgency w/maniacal focus on numbers and progress
Strong at absorbing new product information / market trends
GTM & Launch activities aligned for new partners
Strong negotiation, listening, communication, collaboration skills
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
