Group Director Customer Solutions Walmart-Sam's The Coca-Cola Company Rogers

The Customer Solutions Group Director will lead a team that serves as the supply chain single point of contact and strategic business partner for National Retail Customers and Coca-Cola account teams (NRS) across all routes to market (DSD, Warehouse and ARTM). This position will collaborate with sales teams, key business operations and independent bottlers to develop and manage execution of joint Customer and Coca-Cola initiatives that drive revenue growth, improve efficiencies, and enhance customer service / satisfaction to enable NRS vision of being our Customer's Most Valued Supplier Partner.
As a critical partner of the NRS & cross-functional teams, this role will represent Coca-Cola in joint CPG supply chain forums as well as engage with senior customer supply chain leaders to enable best practice sharing and develop customer or channel specific capability roadmaps.

POSITION ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attract and retain a diverse and highly-engaged team and develop direct reports on both professional and personal levels
Work with peers, cross-functional stakeholders, and bottlers to improve supply chain capabilities and performance across multiple routes to market to enable growth
Develop strategic supply chain partnerships with customers in alignment with Customer and Account team business plans
Engage customers in On Shelf Availability program to improve on-shelf availability and work with bottlers to close SKU Voids
Provide leadership on electronic order-to-cash capability (e.g., EDI, ASN) implementation in partnership with CBS and other business functions
Collaborate with Bottling and CCNA partners to effectively launch new products and execute promotions
Partner with NRS to create Customer Satisfaction Improvement Plans and steward service performance & value of DSD to customers
Provide strategic direction and guidance to direct reports for performing their objectives such as:
Building strategic supply chain partnerships with NRS customers and teams to support Joint Business Plan (JBP) by utilizing The Coca-Cola Commitment value creation model
Representing supply chain on joint strategy development sessions and customer calls
Monitoring, improving and stewarding service performance to customers
Identifying areas of opportunity to expand, develop and implement new capabilities that drive value for NRS customers and the Coca-Cola System
Supporting new product/item launches and promotional activities from planning to execution
Leveraging Lean/OE/ Agile methodologies to manage projects
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 10 years of relevant work experience
• 5 years of supply chain and/or sales/field operations experience

PREFERRERD EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• MBA or equivalent
• 15+ years of relevant work experience
• 10+ years of supply chain and/or sales/field operations experience
