Director Omnichannel Activation adidas Stockholm

As Director of Omnichannel Activation in the Nordics you are to ensure no.1 execution and commercial impact of the adidas marketing concepts at the point of sale, in-store and digitally, with strong focus on the Nordic key cities. Your key role is to develop, steer and implement holistic Strategic Account Marketing plans for the Nordic strategic key wholesale customers in accordance with adidas global guidelines and the Nordic brand calendar.
Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently lead the Nordic Wholesale Activation/Trade Marketing, Retail Space Management, Visual Merchandising, and Coach teams in line with brand + commercial KPIs. Lead the overall planning of the Account marketing activities on a Nordic level with strong focus on the Nordic identified strategic wholesale customers – in-store with focus on key cities, and digitally at wholesale e-com. Together with the other key functions be the driver of the internal and external sales launches, from content to sell-in-toolbox delivery. Deliver a seasonal trade marketing toolbox (digitally and in-store) for the Nordic markets, in line with the global/WE guidance and Nordic brand calendar. Ensure integration of it in all local markets and with all strategic accounts to improve brand consistency and efficiencies across Nordics. Lead the development and execution of our Key city plans from a retail perspective. Lead the Trade Zone plan development, implementation, and tracking. With a clear external and customer oriented focus, represent the adidas brand in the Nordic strategic accounts key meetings. Ensure proper customer relationship management across all markets. Lead the Retail Space Management overall strategic approach and make sure it is fully in line with our holistic key city plans and brand + commercial KPIs. Review current agency set up (retail marketing/BTL + production agencies) and ensure a professional management of these; that professional briefings, monitoring and reviews are made for maximum ROI. Plan and manage the Nordic Omnichannel marketing budget; WHS, VM and CAPEX. Ensure a smart negotiation and spending of the Sales Working budget with customers, aligned with our main brand + commercial KPIs.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in marketing or similar 6-8 yrs of experience from Sales, Retail and/or Account marketing preferably in sports, fashion or the consumer goods industry Experience and or good understanding of the Nordic sporting goods industry 4-5 years of leadership experience
