We are looking for a Monetization Director to own all strategy ,planning and execution related to monetization. This role will also help provide valuable insights unto game design and monetization feature development
Major Responsibilities :
• Responsible to define the strategy to grow the game and maximize its long term revenue
• Lead a team creating in-game promotions and CRM activities to increase revenues
• Provide insights and leadership for monetization efforts based on quantitative analysis
• Daily collaboration with multiple interfaces in-house and outsourced
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in Monetization in the online industry (online gaming is an advantage) - A must
• At least 3 years in direct management
• Fluent English written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical competencies with a focus on consumer behavior in digital entertainment/games
• Good understanding of company's vision and strong business orientation
• Self-motivated, go-getter who is driven to achieve results creatively
• Ability to plan, organize and complete multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmen
