Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
Oversees the execution of Human Resources (HR) practices, systems, programs, and policies in the business area
Provides overall direction for Human Resources
Position Summary

Develops people strategy to support the business area by
• partnering with the business area leader(s) in the alignment of business goals and objectives;
• developing change plans for the organizational initiatives;
• assessing the people implications of various strategies;
• solving business problems through people based solutions;
• and participating in the development of the HR strategy.

Minimum Qualifications

4 years of supervisory experience.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field and 5 years experience in human resources or related field OR 8 years experience in human resources or related field.
