Reporting to the VP of Global Talent & Learning, manages the development, implementation, delivery and evaluation of strategic High Potential and Executive level learning initiatives in support of our business objectives. The role supports Global Talent and Development’s (GTD) overall mission to deliver solutions that accelerate business, team and leader productivity and performance. Consults with key partners in GTD, business units and Diversity & Inclusion, to design and deliver programs, including High Potential leadership development, from the requirements phase through pilot/implementation, rollout, evaluation and revision phases.

You will have a direct impact on developing our people, by defining learning strategies and curriculum, creating designs and specifications for instructions material as well as analyzing and selecting technologies and identifying areas to integrate existing technology.

Your day to day:

Develop qualitative and quantitative metrics which that show impact, including behavior change as a result of learning & development.
Manages the flow of work amongst the team, prioritizing deliverables based on GLCD and GT&D strategy.
Builds consensus and collaborates with team members to accomplish best solutions for leadership development learning.
Serves as liaison or champion between GT&D and the broader learning communities to establish standards, best practices, policies and procedures.
Brings an outside in perspective on the latest design methodologies and learning standards and works to incorporate innovation into the design methodologies.
Drives standards around holistic, end to end design approaches among all learning groups to ensure quality and consistency.
Develops and publishes project plans, which include goals, schedules and resource allocations, tracks project status, implementation plans/schedules and manages change/issues and updates plans accordingly.
Identifies and mitigates risks that may affect projects and productions and delivery of learning, including global delivery.
Sets overall strategy of the development and management of High Potential and Executive level learning solution design projects in alignment with organization’s product development life cycle.
Personally facilitates blended learning programs for their targeted population of managers as well as core electives for more experienced managers.
Establishes and holds team accountable to standards of world-class blended learning practices.
Leverages technology and learning resources to ensure meaningful and effective learning experiences for program participants.
Helps to develop adjunct facilitators (e.g., line managers and HR BPs) to co-deliver elective programs across the enterprise.
Maintains comprehensive knowledge of applicable learning practices and procedures by reading industry publications and current research, and participating in conferences, focus groups, and business meetings with associates.
Vendor relationship management.
Grooms expert facilitators who have a passion for learning and leadership development.
QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree (HR/HCM, Industrial/Organizational Psychology).
Master’s or Doctoral Degree (Ph.D., Psy.D., MS/MA/MBA) preferred.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

15+ years of experience (internal or consulting) in a similar role in a large, complex, global company.
10+ years of instructional design and leadership development experience, with strong facilitation & platform skills.
Experience leading and managing a team.
Demonstrated ability with implementing learning & development program metrics that measure solution impact.
Intrinsically curious, creative, and an innovation problem solver.
A great listener possessing emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal skills, and quick to build trust amongst stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior leaders and establish credibility as a trusted business advisor.
Ability to manage all phases of a solution/project lifecycle, from initial solution design and planning, to execution and measurement
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS — Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

Breadth of experience in needs assessment, adult learning theories, instructional design and evaluation tools and techniques with proven experience in practical application
Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong relationships with leaders at all levels and HR leaders and partners across a highly complex matrixed organization
Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, as well as highly impactful presentation and facilitation skills
Strategic and innovative thinking coupled with pragmatic, results oriented execution
Vendor relationship management
