Cylance is seeking a Director of Global Alliances to develop a Global Program with strategic business partners to further the company mission. In this key role you will build this program from the ground up by formulating strategic plans and partnerships to drives results for one or more functional areas. Responsible for delivering creative solutions, along with working with internal teams and partner resources to effectively develop and promote key initiatives with current and new alliance partners at Cylance.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

Highly involved in business planning; interacts with executives to develop plans, determines resource requirements (managing expense priorities), and makes decisions that will influence long-term technical and business strategies.
Effectively communicates technical and business risks to stakeholders, ensuring informed decisions are being made; creates reports and presentations for C-level decision makers and other stakeholders as needed.
Translates technical features into business value and drives technical integration with technology partners.
Works with multiple Product Management and Product Marketing stakeholders to drive partner-centric outcomes.
Establishes and maintains alliance partner relationships to further business initiatives and achieve matrixed objectives.
Stays up-to-date on the latest industry news and best practices; attends applicable training, conferences, and learns new tools as needed.
Utilizes expert debugging and troubleshooting skills on a regular basis.
Protects Cylance operations by keeping information confidential.
Performs other duties as assigned.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Fifteen years minimum related experience in the product management, sales, business development, systems engineering, and/or other related role.
Bachelor’s or high level degree preferred; relevant experience can be substituted for educational degree.
Utilizes expert interpersonal skills to gain and maintain influence and inspire others within the operational function(s) internally and with stakeholders, customers, and others externally.
Expert knowledge of business best practices and creating/implementing strategies.
Expert knowledge of SDKs, APIs, integrations, and associated testing.
Expert ability to develop and deliver presentations to executives, employees, customers, and partners, and others.
Expert ability to create and develop joint GTM activities
Expert thought leadership in the Cyber security space. Developed with partners
Expert technical written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively listen to customer needs and communicate technically to various stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge.
Advanced knowledge of endpoint, network, and general security, including, but not limited to anti-virus and anti-malware technologies and products.
