Responsible for the effective management of the business in Indochina to
ensure that the annual and long-term revenue & IBA objectives are
achieved, and that the business is managed and conducted in accordance with Pfizer code of Conduct and core values.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Develops and drives overall marketing and sales strategies for growth, and pursues appropriate plans for different brands in Indochina.
2. Develops the annual operating plans with specific sales, profit and growth objectives.
4. Monitors and evaluates of all brand activities within the teams.
5. Identifies and assesses new product opportunities in the market places.
6. Works closely with distributors and field force to ensure sales objectives are met.
7. Liaise and interact with Pfizer Thailand’s Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, IT and R & D departments to adopt best practice and support where necessary to drive the Objectives of Indochina business.
8. Provides training to Pfizer exclusive field force to build them to be a leading
Professional team in the industry.
9. Monitors goods supply from various supply points to ensure stock availability at distributor’s warehouses, and closely monitors stock levels at customers and ensures that they are at acceptable levels.
10. Maintains alertness to marketing activities and trends among competitors and related industries, particularly as they affect the business.
11. Monitors registration procedures within field force organization, to comply with Pfizer Business conduct.
12. Monitors registration dossiers preparation to submit to Ministry of Health of 3 countries.
Other functions and responsibilities
1. Attends and participates in all meetings, conferences and workshops where his presence is required or is deemed necessary.
2. Renders the following reports in accordance with prescribed formats, guidelines and Frequencies:
Monthly reports
Expenses reports and such other report(s) that may be required.
3. Coordinates with distributors to expedite that implementation of approved plans or Changes and updates the same group on recent division organizational and/or Operational changes.
4. Performs other duties and handles special assignments given by the Country Manager.
PRINCIPAL WORKING REALTIONS
1. Contacts
1.1 Inside the Company
Confers frequently with Finance, Sales, Marketing, R & D, IT, HR
Departments and Country Manager.
1.2 Outside the Company
Regular contacts with distributor managers, field force, key customers and FDA key Authorities.
2. Supervisor
Directly supervise Regulatory Affair Associate (Indochina).
ESSENTAIL REQUIREMENTS
Education:
An undergraduate degree, preferably in Pharmacy; and an MBA
Could be an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in product management. Sales experience especially
In field sales management would be highly desirable.
