Director Marketing SHIELD GeForce NVIDIA Santa Clara

We are seeking a senior leader and experienced consumer marketer to help us realize the exciting future of streaming entertainment. As a key member of NVIDIA global marketing team, the Director of Marketing - SHIELD & GeForce Now, Integrated Campaigns, is responsible for campaign strategy and marketing activations for the SHIELD streaming media player and GeForce Now steaming game platform.
What you’ll be doing:

You work in perfect partnership with teams across an organization -- product, PR, regional marketing teams, and sales to set campaign strategies and achieve revenue goals.
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, SHIELD & GFN to drive global brand strategy, including setting campaign direction and targets for worldwide marketing leaders
You'll be working closely with creative organizations to execute against strategies and manage partner relationships to positively impact the business
You will be leading the development of and handle precise execution of global marketing campaigns to meet / exceed goals.
Utilize deep understanding of consumer, category and competitive insights and marketing analytics to drive marketing programs.
Define campaign objectives, strategies/tactics, and creative messaging, working in partnership with the Business Unit and securing partner support.
Lead a team of product marketers, guiding them in best practices of marcom planning and execution.
Watch over the social media team, building dynamic programming that focuses on UGC and partner content programs to drive community engagement.
Lead with influence across functional teams to execute magnificently.

What we need to see:

Minimum of 10 years marketing management experience in marketing products, ideally in the consumer technology and gaming industry
Strong integrated marketing skillset - digitally savvy with experience using digital and social effectively to reach goals
Deep understanding of the gaming business and the channel, including channel marketing and sales.
Shown ability to harmonize with and influence diverse groups within marketing, including cross-functional peers to executive management
You are an experienced marketing professional with a track record of driving high impact brand growth for new and/or established consumer products.
You are an inspiring marketer with fresh ideas to lead a team of professionals, guiding them to deliver impactful campaigns and providing development opportunities.
Excellent written and verbal communications
MBA preferred, Undergraduate degree required
