The Director Global Business Development will leverage the Global Brewed Beverages operating Framework and strategy to manage Global Business Development linked to Business Modeling and Partnership Structure, the Anatomy of a Launch Timeline and related Financial Tools. The Position reports to the Senior Global Director – Brewed Beverages and will Pro-actively work with markets to plan and achieve co-developed BP, LRP and SBP.
Support the Sr. Global Director – Brewed Beverages in evolving and refining the Global Brewed Beverages Strategic Plan in this ‘new to TCCC, But Large Category”
Support local market alignment and implementation of the Global Strategic Plan. Support the existing local markets and prospective markets in Building the Business Case, opportunity assessment, Launching and Growing the business.
Facilitate development of the Global Brewed Beverage BP, LRP and SBP in partnership with Key Markets, and consolidate / track volume and profitability.
Gather and analyze the key volume and financial performance metrics for current and projected Brewed Beverage markets. Update the Global Brewed Beverages 2020 volume and financial targets and supporting rationale and ensure ongoing alignment of key stakeholders.
Provide Leadership in Local Market Value Chain and Financial Modeling and subsequent periodic updating, working collaboratively with all stakeholders – highlighting importance of: Precision of Inputs and Assumptions, Cups Sold Per Day and Multiple Revenue Streams (product sales, peripheral sales, equipment rental and equipment service) to the business results (total profitability and equipment CAPEX payback).
Prepare and update core modules of the Brewed Beverage End-to-End Tool Kit working collaboratively with internal cross-functional stakeholders in Finance, Data Standards, K&I, and other Central Functions, as well as key external partners in Knowledge & Insights, Creative Marketing and Analytical and Financial Analyses to scale the business rapidly.
Support the Senior Global Director – Brewed Beverages by managing all Global Brewed Beverage Team Administration and Analytical Functional Needs:
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree. Specialization in Finance / Business Analytics would be an advantage
Related Work Experience: 8+ years of work experience in strategic business development or relevant related field.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of new business development processes and applications to diverse categories to deliver value for the business. Includes the ability to use financial models, industry knowledge, and bottlers / customer’s business requirements to develop and implement optimized business solutions.
Hands on experience in building system value chains covering company, bottlers and customers
• Working as a Global Team: Ability to work as part of a virtual global team to collaborate across geographic and organizational boundaries to deliver better business results and share best practices across a global System.
• Data and Analytics: Ability to use data and apply robust analytics to model various business scenarios and analyze resulting cost, impact, risks, and benefits to inform and recommend business solutions.
• Competitive Analysis: Knowledge of sources for competitive analysis including industry data to build competitive intelligence, inform business planning and optimize decision-making.
