The Director role will have responsibility for overall management of service creation and the delivery for Tier 1 service provider especially NTT;
owns services P&L, development of business, contract negotiations, shaping a strategy interlock with internal key stakeholders from Sales, Support, and Delivery, creating pipeline, closing pipeline, driving customer intimacy and building, offer positioning, attracting and developing “best in class” talent in matrix organisation.

Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications
● Proven delivery ability in Advanced Services (Professional Services) for achieving outcomes through Sales/Services execution with Telecom as customer
● Client relationship management experience with influential CXO-level decision-makers
● Deep experience and understanding in telecom Service providers especially Tier 1 carrier in Japan.
● Fluent Japanese Language skills both written and spoken and also understand the business culture
● Deep experience in developing strategic plans and resolving issues through collaborative problem solving
Desired Skills
● Experience in Networking and System Integration for Automation or Virtualization.
● Relevant IP network architecture and IP services experience
● Knowledge in telecom industry service frameworks such as regulation, business practices, role sharing
