In this role you will lead the Americas Central Strategy and Operations organization, serving as a key day to day partner for the region VP and you will partner closely with our team across product areas and country/sector ops leaders. You will lead all cross cutting initiatives and provide scale to both our business partners and other members of the team. Your team will stay focused on ensuring our local strategy and operations advance the highest-level company priorities, and will help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Develop and help to execute integrated regional go-to-market plans across products/countries.
Lead region-level business management including business planning and resource allocation, operating model design, reporting, and core sales operations processes.
Lead cross-functional and unique projects.
Implement and manage communities, tools and processes that identify and share best practices. As part of this, identify a small number of regionally scalable priority programs.
Lead central analytics and insights team to provide a common source of truth across the team.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree in a quantitative/business-oriented field, or related field.
12 years of management experience in product management, consulting, or sales operations.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing and developing teams and individuals.
Experience developing and implementing complex strategic and operational initiatives
Experience managing the strategic planning cycle for a large organization with strong cross-functional engagement and prioritization.
Demonstrated business acumen combined with problem solving, project management and analytical skills.
