You have 10+ years SaaS sales experience and are excited by the opportunity to build and scale our business in the DACH region, leading a small go-to-market team into new territories, partnerships and enterprises.
You have an exemplary track record as a sales leader and will be responsible for building strategic territory plans with detailed execution strategies to enable success and expand our presence within the region.

You have a solid understanding of the social landscape and are experienced in creating and executing innovative strategic plans to enable both revenue and regional growth.
Leading: You are a trustworthy leader and have extensive experience developing and managing a high performance team. You’re great at leading teams selling complex solutions to enterprise organisations.
Communicating: You are an articulate communicator who can alter your communication style to suit your team’s, client’s and wider business’ needs. You are approachable, dependable and have a personable manner. You’re also great at engaging and building valuable relationships with both internal stakeholders and C-Level executives
Industry Knowledge: You have a solid understanding of Hootsuite, Social, SaaS and the wider digital industry. You are Sales Methodology trained, and great at educating your team and the wider business.
Adapting: You are not daunted by change. You’re productive and thrive in a fast paced and rapidly evolving environment.
