The Senior Director of Product Management & Strategy will play a key role in enabling the growth and commercialization of Risk and Authentication products. The individual will be adept at functioning in either a generalist or specialist role and will wear many hats. This position will be responsible for identifying new areas for revenue and growth, opportunities to improve operational efficiency across the global business as well as ways to drive greater adoption and penetration of Risk products in regional markets. Work activities include collecting market intelligence, supporting or leading the implementation of global projects, conducting analysis and creating presentations for client meetings and industry conferences.
In partnership with the business planning team and product owners, develop regional go-to-market plans. Develop target lists for each region; work with subject matter experts to create relevant materials to drive understanding of plans and strategies to help achieve targets.
Periodically lead or support key projects and/or global initiatives that advance adoption and understanding of Risk Products. Develop project timelines, milestones and other metrics to ensure project objectives are successfully achieved.
Collaborate with peers in other functional areas (e.g., marketing, sales, risk, innovation, product) and across global regional teams to execute strategies that leverage the breadth and depth of Risk &
Authentication products.
Develop frameworks, approaches, solutions and recommendations through the analysis of data to identify new revenue opportunities (e.g., changes in pricing strategy, pipeline management).
Proactively identify and solve complex problems that impact the overall effectiveness of our business operations
Gather and monitor market intelligence. Share relevant information with product managers to identify revenue opportunities.
Work with finance partners to develop insights that improve the management of our products and business.
Qualifications
10-12 years progressive experience in a finance or strategy role. Experience working in a consulting
firm preferred
Payments experience helpful, but not required
Strong business acumen; understands the levers that drive profitability in a product or service
Strong relationship management and collaboration skills
Ability to balance competing priorities in a highly dynamic environment
