Excellent opportunity to lead ADPs Tax Service Support organization responsible for Product Development, Product Support, Organizational Readiness, Knowledge Management, Communications, Program Management and Business Intelligence.
Major or Area of Concentration: Business /Operations Management
Solid knowledge of project management, business analytics, matrix reporting/support structure, partnering with IT, ERP Data Integration and cross BU (TCoE) collaboration to drive business objectives
Preparing organization for Product and Operation releases, including coordination of user acceptance testing, training, quick reference materials, Pilot , and general release
Ensuring associate knowledge based content is kept up to date, relevant, and easily accessible
Accountability to drive projects on time with high accuracy and understands industry dynamics
Ability to collaborate with Service and Implementation leaders to keep abreast of client needs/impacts and strong desire to understand outside trends influencing/driving our initiatives
Responsible for stretch assignments with clear accountabilities and results demonstrated
Business Process Improvement initiatives
Ensuring compliance is maintained either through major project initiatives, service requests and day to day business activities.
Set up and maintenance of client profiles, client transmissions and coordination of resources for project management/analysts that represent the interest of the Tax Services organization
Receive, acknowledge, and distribute business information and documents to critical business partners.
Responsible for project management, development priorities, implementation strategies
Develop general operating standards, framework, and polices for products/features, including due diligence, implement, processing, and service delivery
Act as a gateway for new ideas regarding product initiated by TAX Services; develop general operating standard and policies for product features
Lead and manage a team capable of supporting AVS/Tax Services vision and strategy
Leverage technology between functional teams to gain efficiencies and reduce costs
Develop broader resource pool to gain efficiencies and reduce costs
Build, deliver, and report service level agreements across all critical business
Identify, documents and prioritize development opportunities which will maximize the return on investment and improve the level of service provided to our clients
Drive Continuous Improvement efforts for Operations organization
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications Required:
Bachelors Degree (or equivalent in education and experience)
8+ years of directly related experience in a technical client service or implementation environment
8+ years’ experience with direct report leadership/management
Travel 10% – 20%

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
MBA or advanced degree
CPP or FPC certification
Proficiency and in-depth knowledge of all pertinent ADP HR, Tax, Payroll and Benefits policies and procedure
Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of internal and external contacts verbally and in writing
Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions
Ability to work and thrive in a team environment, focused on achieving results
Ability to manage a team and develop leaders
