As Director of Electrical Engineering you will manage the development of talent in order to ensure a robust team can work towards achieving strategic business goals. You are a strategic engineering leader, who will drive the hardware design and development of our products. You'll ensure products are of the highest quality and delivered on-time.

Lead hardware product development teams that work on hardware system integration, system validation. Manage test capabilities, as well as RF, Antenna, Acoustics, Sensors, Power Management, Camera, Display and EPM teams.
Advocate Research and Development efforts to enable innovative features for products.
Inspire hardware engineering teams to innovate, invent, implement and deploy hardware solutions in a commercial, mission-critical environment.
Develop and grow talent through mentoring, coaching, succession planning and retention strategies.
Create hardware design and development processes to ensure effective team execution. Communicate technical risks, action plans, owners and mitigation plans with partners.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
10 years of experience in leading and developing technical teams.
10 years of experience in developing consumer electronics products.
Preferred qualifications:
BA/BS degree in electrical engineering or computer science, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in an engineering role.
Demonstrated ability to work with and inspire teams of technical personnel to collaborate on challenging, well executed experiments.
Ability to work in a cross-functional and fast pace environment.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
