Senior Director Finance Services Cisco San Jose

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Employee Services, the Senior Director of Finance Services will lead the FGSS (Financial Global Shared Services) organization, with responsibility for transforming various financial business services across Cisco. FGSS currently consists of five global business critical functions, which includes Global Payroll and Stock Services; Invoice-to-Cash, Invoice-to-Pay; Mergers and Acquisitions into these services; and Operations Compliance and Controls.
In this role, you'll be accountable for:
Managing a complex eco-system of end-to-end business partner relationships and vendors to deliver services.
Meeting core business operational goals, metrics and SLAs, as well as the delivery of new services from innovation to scale through the functions.
Continuous focus on strategies to drive business transformation and operational excellence.
Driving productivity and cost control, while ensuring controls are managed and services delivered to agreed upon SLAs, within budget.
Driving process simplification and automation to gain efficiency agility and scale.
Leading efforts to digitalize using data and analytics to support business decisions.
Who You'll Work With
Cross-functional collaboration is critical in this role. You will partner closely with Finance (CFO, Corporate Controller, Treasury, Finance Leadership), Legal, Global Procurement Services, Customer & Partner Services, and HR Services. You will also work closely with key vendors and managed service providers, Cisco customers and Cisco employees.

You are able to focus on simplification and scalability of processes, systems and tools. You have experience in strategic finance transformation and are able to drive standardization of global processes, balancing local requirements, compliance, controls, cost and relevance. You are an innovative leader, with a drive and passion for evolving and transforming services to enable Cisco’s changing business. Strong people leader skills are critical as well as success in vendor management. A forward looking leader who understands how to develop a strong transformational team, and to rally that team on where to go and how to get there, is critical.

Minimum Requirements:
15+ years of related work experience with several years at the Director level
Experience Managing teams and managers
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience, Masters Preferred
