Our team is looking for a Product Manager, to lead a team of product managers, and also experienced in defining new categories of products involving latest technology inventions, and taking them to mass production and launching in the market. You must have a proven track record of high-scale hiring and talent management on teams of multiple disciplines with strong leadership and people management skills. You will be leading a team of experienced product managers and must be able to dive deep into the technical details and discuss the product challenges with them. You will have an opportunity to lead and grow teams of great people and be a part of an exciting and innovative environment and also be a key member of a highly energetic management team of motivated and passionate leaders.
MUST HAVE:
Minimum BSc degree in EE/CS or a related field.
10+ years of technical experience in one or more of the following areas: image sensors, image signal processing, imaging optics, computer vision.
5+ years of product management experience.
Proven track record of owning a product from inception to operations.
Experience managing engineering or product management teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Please note that technical experience in imaging systems is essential to this job, and only candidates with such qualification will be considered.
NICE TO HAVE:
MSc/PhD in EE/CS or a related field.
Experience in 3D imaging systems (HW or SW).
Experience in managing multiple products simultaneously.
Experience across multiple functional areas: product management, engineering, customer enablement, marketing, and sales.
