PMG Office is the Operating Centre of Excellence for entire Product Management Group across all product offerings and asset classes. The team is responsible for Strategic initiatives, new products and projects, Governance and Control and Business Management. You will be a key member of the team managing critical cross functional initiatives across the Bank.
Reporting to the Head of Product Management Office, you will be responsible for delivering change and new business initiatives including new products and Projects within the PMG Office Department. With focus on areas of Advisory and Managed investments, the role requires leadership and effective coordination of Projects, managing interdependencies including oversight of risks and issues while enabling change and realization of projected benefits.
Co-ordinate and work with Senior management to implement strategic initiatives as well as key items in the operating plan across Product Management Group
Responsible for successful delivery of a portfolio of changes, co-ordination of Projects and management of their interdependencies, including oversight of risks and issues
Define scope and direction of each Project with a focus on Managed Investments and successfully accomplish the objectives of each Project in alignment with key stakeholders
Drive co-ordination and implementation of strategic priorities, efficiency initiatives, new offerings and new business capabilities
Be the Business lead for Managed Investment driven projects with AAA as the enabler of the advisory platform
Be the subject matter expert for Product Group and represent the department in various cross functional meetings within Bank of Singapore.
Qualifications

Experienced in managing and successfully driving multiple projects within the banking industry
Knowledge of Private Banking and understanding of key changes affecting the industry with basic understanding of products
You are degree qualified with at least 8-10 years’ experience; preference will be for candidates with good analytical skills, understanding of business/product matters in banking and with very strong Program / project management skills.
You are a driven self-starter who is delivery focused and possess effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
You thrive in a fast paced environment and are able to adapt to various demands in a diverse culture.
You are well organized and have initiative. You can work independently.
University degree from a reputable university
