The incumbent will be responsible for executing the processes surrounding the hiring and administration of contract workers for all KPMG Canada functions and offices. He will report to the Director of the Outsourcing Office and will work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including Project Managers, Risk Management and external service providers. Collect, interpret and evaluate information regarding the hiring of contractual resources.
Inform and advise stakeholders on how to proceed.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to inform them about the progress of various recruitment activities.
Collect data and keep it up-to-date with archiving software, and produce regular reports and analyzes.
Recommend changes to existing practices and processes.
Work with other members of the team to ensure that the firm's needs are met and service level agreements are met.
Consult with various technical experts.
Monitor current practices and related issues.
Perform other tasks or projects as required.

The employee may be required to work beyond the scheduled hours in a day or week. However, he / she also benefits from paid leave to fulfill his or her personal obligations.

Skills and Abilities

Bilingualism (English and French).
Previous experience with contract workers / contract workers / freelancers.
