Leads / manages a team that review, negotiate, structure, and administer contractual documents that establish business relationships with customers and/or partners in relation to sales contracts. Ensures and facilitates team collaboration with cross functional organizations to enable sales and complete contract documents. Advises the organization of contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of terms and conditions.
Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group. Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce. Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members. Manages team financial responsibilities. Plans, directs, and implements policies and procedures related to the organization's contract development and administration. Participates in strategy development, oversees contract preparation (terms and conditions) and monitors contract renewals. Inspires team to ensure that contracts are prepared in compliance with company policies. Monitors the contract process to assure compliance with the organization's contractual guidelines, satisfaction of customer specifications, and adherence to organization policy. Interprets contracts, organizes or processes correspondence with sub or prime contracting parties and monitors fulfillment of contractual obligations. Leads cross functional projects to continually enhance the sales contracting process and operations of the group


Directs the efforts of subordinating leaders and individual contributors Establishes the organizational structure, policies and procedures for the assigned business Establishes short and long-term plans and strategies for contracts within the business Provides broad industry strategic knowledge and leadership at a global level Interfaces with the customer at executive management levels Leads / represents overall contract operations at the organizational level

Typically 15+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience Typically requires 7+ years diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization and people motivation skill (or equivalent experience)
