Role Summary/Purpose
The Director of Digital Operations will be a highly customer focused individual leading a team of regional premium support engineers who are providing white glove support to the senior most leaders of the company.
Essential Responsibilities
Lead the Premium Experience team that drives and delivers technology support for the Senior Global Leadership at select businesses (SGL)
Ability to prioritize and schedule high volume of incidents efficiently to enable minimal downtime for SGLs and utilize resources optimally
Analyze and resolve complex hardware and software issues
Effectively partner with CoreTech Solutions peers to deliver results; ability to collaborate with and influence executive leaders across specific GE businesses
Set strategic functional direction for the team while driving a culture of excellence
Prioritize the team efforts to align with the MyTech Promise
Leverage relationships with vendors to enhance support, and remain current on industry trends
Must be available during off hours to handle urgent issues that may arise
Proactively reduce incidents based on data analytics
Participate in the training and education of new team members
Provide leadership for special projects
Provide technical feedback as new issues surface

Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management or other technical / IT field OR a Minimum 5 years of relevant IT work experience, a minimum 5 years of experience in applying various technical solutions and a minimum 5 years of experience working in a client support role
