Contribute to the success of change programs and projects as part of content evolution, service evolution and analyst effectiveness. Create assets in concert with project / program / process change leader. Involved at start of more complex change initiatives, working in a shoulder-to-shoulder partnership with Project Lead to design and deliver an effective change management and communications approach and implementation to support the success of the change and its "stickiness" afterwards. Work closely with the Director, Workforce Development to identify and plan to meet skill-training needs brought about by program, process and / or technology changes.
* Bachelors degree in communications, change management or similar discipline, Masters preferred
* At least ten years demonstrated professional experience in corporate communications, setting internal communications strategy, creating and launching communication plans
* Experience delivering most major communications via WebEx, remotely, to a geographically dispersed and work-at-home audience
* Successful experience transforming at least one corporate intranet
* Track record of developing others' skills in the areas of communications and change management
* Experience in providing strategic communications counsel to senior executives and demonstrated courage to challenge positions, express unpopular views and influence outcomes
* Strong professional copywriting and editing skills for a variety of audiences/media
* Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to connect business objectives and communications strategies
* Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Ability to travel to other business locations, including overnight stays, about 15%
* Excellent innovative thought leadership, program management, organizational, collaboration, communication & presentation skills.
* Excellent leadership and management skills with solid institutional knowledge, experience of leading, coaching and mentoring successful teams and the ability to manage across teams and resources that are not direct reports, to accomplish goals
* Experienced and skilled in business negotiation, change management and influencing techniques
