The APS Managing Program Director is the USA leader for the Program and Project Manager Organization. The role entails direct organization leadership, customer engagement, revenue forecasting, revenue growth, resource management and path of escalation.
They work with closely with global peers, sales leadership and other corporate function leaders within the USA region and globally. They will be a member of the Global Professional Services leadership team.
Directs the overall program/project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements to ensure that customer needs are satisfied.
Leads, builds and develops a team of motivated employees who are able to adapt to changing needs of the customer and organization.
Interface with customer executives and line of business owners in key decision making situations.
Responsible for forecasting, outlooking, reporting and driving revenue for Professional Services projects in USA.
Directs efforts of the company, customer and third party vendors as well as to assure that an integrated software and hardware solution is provided to meet the customer's need.
Critical in overall planning and selling of services.
Directs multi-function and multi-vendor efforts to plan, sell and implement integrated system solutions to a customer's business problems.
Directs the team to achieve bookings, revenue, profitability, and expense objectives.
Influences APS global Program Management strategy
Leads major APS client engagements. Develops professional relationships with key customers, suppliers, channel partners, client executives, which leads to opportunities for large deals and sustained client partnerships.
Provides assistance and/or escalation with different customer problems, conflict, and participates in important negotiations with key customers.
Assists in training/coaching all levels of the team.
Balances the need to run projects profitably with the urgency to meet or exceed client expectations for quality and timely execution.
Collaborate with other Program and Delivery leads globally to ensure global consistency.
Lead a transformation including knowledge management system, information sharing, standards creation, automating/mechanizing to standards.
Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by executive management.
Travel required (mostly but not exclusively USA).
Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing a large team in a multinational
Additional language is preferred
Experience leading part or all of a P&L
PMP Certification desired
