The Manager of Hardware Content Production leads and works within the team who drive production, consistency and delivery of all hardware imagery across Marcom. The primary focus of this position is to manage the production of hardware images by working with Creative and Production teams to plan, inform, track and drive deadlines for new and existing hardware assets. The Manager of Hardware Content Production is also responsible for collecting, organizing and disseminating product details to the Marcom Studio. One of the main deliverables is a consolidated schedule for all Hardware deliverables across Marcom.
Key Qualifications
Management experience at an ad agency or production facility, or equivalent
This position requires a self-motivated, flexible individual with strong problem solving, communication and project management skills
Expertise in managing the production process across a variety of media, including Print, Interactive and Video
A good working knowledge of image creation through CGI or through photography/Photoshop retouching
Ability to balance priorities within a fast paced, ever-changing work environment
Appreciation for and understanding of the creative process and skilled at working with creative teams
Ability to organize information quickly, at high and detailed levels
Ability to retain information in order to use past project experience inform project decisions and actions
Familiar with using online workflow tools to support project management
Confident in delivering clear and concise communication from one-on-one to large groups
Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively within a large organization
Aptitude to manage through diplomacy and able inspire and motivate a team
Description
Manage a team of image producers to manage all hardware imagery needs within Marcom
Partner with Creative, Production, Brand, and Product Marketing to innovate around and develop new processes and streamlined workflows
Develop a thorough understanding of hardware CGI image production
Establish and implement standards for hardware building process
Ensure hardware accuracy and consistency across Marcom hardware deliverables
Identify and address image and workflow challenges
Positively and proactively partner with teams inside and outside of Marcom, with limited direction
Take ownership of day-to-day hardware production, including tracking, quality assurance, delivery and escalations
Education
BS or equivalent and 7 to 10 years working in an agency or equivalent production experience.
Additional Requirements
Candidate should have previous management experience.
