The Business Value Consulting Director will be responsible for establishing Talkdesk's Business Value Consulting practice from the ground up and building out the team. Business Value Consulting is a strategic team that is aligned with the Enterprise Sales organization and supports opportunity pursuits within our top accounts and industries.
Responsibilities:

Drive prospects and customers to successfully implement Talkdesk, achieve targeted outcomes and realize the full economic value of Talkdesk
Conduct collaborative value discoveries with prospects using benchmarks and platform data to help prospects define specific outcomes that will be the focus of the first year after deploying Talkdesk
Collaborate with a cross-functional team of sales, customer success, solution consultants, and solution engineers to develop a compelling value statement based on information collected during the value discovery process
Conduct customer implementation kickoff meetings with our solution consultants to ensure the value thread makes it successfully to the deployment phase
Collaborate with our professional services organization to put together a configured solution designed to realize the value targets outlined in the discovery phase
Provide a post-implementation, value-realization assessment based on the value statement initially provided to the customer
Collaborate with the customer post-go-live to optimize their configuration and processes in an effort to achieve the success metrics agreed upon during value discovery and value realization stages
Create compelling industry value propositions and whitepapers
Requirements:

4+ years of experience in business process management (BPM) consulting, including business strategy planning and the facilitation of executive workshops
A strong working technical knowledge of enterprise SaaS business process applications
The ability to collaborate cross functionally
Strong interpersonal, presentation and program-management skills
Experience with the development of business cases including the following:
ROI Analysis and total cost of ownership
Alignment of business and IT strategies
Strategy visioning and solution impact interviews and workshops
