Director People Development & Experience Lookout San Francisco

As the Director of People Development & Experience, you will help build our culture of continuous learning by driving programs that enable our Lookout employees to grow their capabilities and careers. Reporting to our CHRO, you will lead company-wide Learning & Development, People Programs (performance management design, manager training, onboarding, recognition), and Employee Communications. We need a strategic leader who has experience leading programs to foster a culture of learning, but who also isn’t afraid to toss out old ways of doing things to try something new. We move fast and need someone creative and determined to lead Lookout’s employee development and experience programs to take them to the next level.
You’ll leave your mark by successfully:

Creating a strategic plan for company-wide training and communications
Partnering with leadership, managers, and HR team members to develop and deliver programs which align to our people strategy
Tracking KPIs, analyzing feedback from learners and employees, constantly iterating to improve
Building and maintaining relationships with cross-functional partners and vendors to help deliver on programs that strengthen our culture
Running content strategy and logistics for programs & events, including employee engagement forums and All Hands

You’ll meet the minimum requirements if you:

BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
8+ years of experience in Talent/Learning & Development, organization development, or a related field.
Experience coordinating large multi-site or multi-day events with various moving parts and stakeholders.
Experience developing learning content and materials.
Facilitation experience preferred.
