Currently we are seeking an individual who can lead our Customer Digital Transformation (DT) Business Modeling Program. As the Customer DT Business Modeling Program Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders in Microsoft to successfully develop and deliver a consistent global curriculum for Customer DT Business Modeling. To ensure consistency and the use of learning best practices, you will also partner with others in the L&R organization to ensure that the curriculum integrates with other customer DT readiness.
Deliverables:
Drive the development of DT-focused customer labs/workshops, where customers come to Microsoft, assess their technology and services needs, and build business plans with Microsoft to determine the impact of the Microsoft solution on their bottom-line revenue and profits
Assess the appetite for and drive the creation of a customer CXO-level readiness certification for digital transformation, in partnership with an industry-recognized business school.
Ensure alignment of these customer readiness assets with the presales, consulting and delivery phases of the customer life-cycle and existing presales and service offerings.
Evaluate impact and provide insightful analytics using multiple levels of the Kirkpatrick model
Build new business modeling service offerings to world class standards when they can’t be purchased elsewhere, and that meet a unique Microsoft need.

Core duties & responsibilities:
Collaborate with customer and DT subject matter experts and key business stakeholders to define and develop the Customer DT Business Modeling service offering.
Ensure learning and development best practices and adult learning principles are incorporated into the curriculum.
Collaborate with key business stakeholders to define the DT Business Modeling customer value proposition, delivery process and key deliverables aligned to the business priorities.
Document in the form of a needs analysis, project plan and design document.
Use best practice instructional design standards, documents and templates to manage the design, refresh and release of curriculum.
Leverage existing DT curriculum and service offerings wherever suitable.
Ensure the development and regular refresh of facilitation guides and instructor guides for the curriculum.
Coordinate with delivery operations to ensure worldwide trainer resources are identified, prepared, accredited and scheduled for global deliveries and to arrange all delivery logistics.
Meet with key worldwide stakeholders to collect feedback and provide updates with predictable rhythm.
Review and analyze feedback of the Customer DT Business Modeling curriculum and trainers through evaluations, trainer input and business stakeholder feedback.

Basic Qualifications:
8+ years' experience working with executives, including CTOs and VPs, to set expectations and provide ongoing communications (tracking progress, providing data, analytics, and resolving issues).
Masters, MBA or related field preferred with 8+ years relevant experience.
Experience in training development including scoping, needs analysis, content creation, delivery and landing.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and practices to include: adult learning theories, interactive training and learning design, on-line/e-learning design principles, distance learning, instructor-led training, self-paced instruction, evaluation methods, and performance support systems. Ability to interpret and prioritize stakeholder needs and quantify those needs into measurable outcomes.
Program/project management skills across a broad portfolio of projects and strategic initiatives.
Global experience managing diverse virtual teams without direct authority.
Experience facilitating and/or delivering in-person and virtual training.
Strong business acumen, successful teaming with colleagues, and strong relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and service offerings
Expertise in business modeling/business planning with startups and/or corporations driving new technologies, products or services to market
Curriculum and instructional design experience, including Kirkpatrick levels to measure impact
Able to create results in an ambiguous, fast paced environment while handling issues constructively
5+ years’ experience in learning and development with specific focus on curriculum design and development.
7+ years’ experience in managing complex projects and global programs
7+ years’ experience working in Enterprise Services, preferably with direct customer experience
Skilled in use of digital maturity model, inclusive design, business modeling, product opportunity evaluation and ROI calculation methods.
Proven written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively influence colleagues and management.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results, meeting and exceeding expectations.
Travel is required on occasion in support of customer labs/workshop delivery US & internationally (approx. 15%)
