Responsible for developing comprehensive strategies for marketing our artists as well as coordinating all efforts (internally and with outside parties) on all projects.
High Level Job Description:
To coordinate all aspects of each project within the departments in the company and any hired independent outside company, as well as management in an effort to maximize the potential for each projects success. To find new & creative ways to image and expose projects

Project Management
Manage all aspects of artists’ product development from concept to completion.
Generate and implement comprehensive marketing initiatives and plans for each project.
Work in a harmonious tone with each department to insure that all necessary tasks are completed properly and in a timely fashion.
Formulate budgets with department heads and allocate project dollars accordingly.
Administer all requests for scheduling, merchandising, advertising, album production, online tools, etc.
Maximize exposure for each artist through performances, special appearances, promotions, grassroots marketing, and online tools.
Create and implement marketing sales strategies for the 360 roster (bundles, limited editions, etc)
Work with art department and artist on imaging for the artist and assist in the ideation of design ideas for the packaging.
Work with production to meet all deadlines
Work with artists, managers and A&R to create bundling content for sale and additional product development revenue streams.
Coordinate the lifestyle marketing for each assigned artist, as well as, delivering out the box music campaigns to strategically align the label and department in a culturally significant way.
Work with the field marketing team (college, street, WEA, etc) to create campaigns, drive the direction of the project, create tools for their use within the allocated budget.
Facilitate all aspects of artist advertising campaigns including: generating creative concepts, scheduling and booking of spots and ad campaigns.
Conceptualize and produce artist content for promotional campaigns and additional revenue opportunities.
Craft and maintain Marketing Reports, including, but not limited to Marketing Plans of Action & Recaps, Talking Points, Sales & Streaming Data Tracking, Project Status Updates, etc.

Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, and/or Communications preferred.
Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in Marketing/Product Management preferably in the music industry.
Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, MS Office, Mailchimp and Powerpoint.
