The Global Compliance Director will be responsible for developing, supporting, and executing global business compliance initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of Pfizer’s compliance programs and culture of integrity, and the operations of Pfizer’s regional compliance teams. The colleague will focus on initiatives facilitating the development of Pfizer’s global proactive compliance program and organization as well as compliance support for global PEH teams and initiatives, including global marketing teams and business development. The colleague will have close working relationships with Compliance leaders and business leaders, as well as with other supporting functions.

• Provide dedicated support to key Compliance Division global initiatives as representative of Business Unit/Regional Compliance function, including commercial quality management projects, risk assessment programs, monitoring and third party management programs, among others
• In connection with commercial quality management projects, develop and support implementation and utilization of key resources to define and facilitate business-driven quality and integrity approaches in all Pfizer markets
• Develop key resources to support and optimize global proactive compliance teams and efforts (e.g., regional and country compliance teams), including dashboards, training materials, communication templates, and meeting materials
• Support PEH global business development and integration activities, including due diligence, identification, assessment and mitigation of risk, and training
• Provide proactive compliance support to global PEH portfolio teams in Sterile Injectables and Global Brands as well as support for other PEH global commercial initiatives, including support in risk assessment and mitigation, training, remediation, and monitoring
• Develop, support and help execute key compliance-focused meetings and programs, including global/regional compliance workshops
• Create and deliver training for Regional and Country compliance colleagues focused on core elements of proactive compliance roles
• Support global Compliance Champion Network initiatives and development of global Compliance Champion resources
Qualifications
• Excellent academic qualifications, including bachelor’s degree and advanced degree in relevant field (e.g., law, business, and/or accounting)
• Strong English skills; additional language skills a plus
• Proven capabilities including 8+ years of experience in some or all of the following areas: healthcare or regulatory compliance, FCPA/ABAC, ethics and compliance
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational and presentation skills
• Demonstrated strength in leadership, judgment and initiative
• Ability to develop and execute projects in partnership with colleagues based in other countries and locations
• Proven capabilities to set priorities, drive results, and act efficiently and effectively within a complex business and organizational environment
• Analytical and creative thinking ability
• Availability for regular travel
