This position will be responsible for leading a team that builds and standardizes all content globally across field readiness programs, identifies and delivers innovation in enablement content design and development.
Leads a team of instructional designers, media designers and content experts with the SuccessFactors Innovation Enablement global team
Partner/collaborate with SMEs to develop core content in key strategic programs
Develops and executes content Governance and standards for all course material globally
Responsible for best in class instructional design for building out sales and sales related training
Defines, approves and monitors content and delivery methodology globally
Ensures content effectiveness for the targeted audience
Work Experience:
Proven track record as a global leader managing global programs
Leadership experience managing virtual teams as well as matrixed organizations
Experience in designing and implementing integrated, enterprise – wide training programs to enable sales force excellence.
Strong background in Instructional design
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in measuring impact of field readiness programs
Focus on continuous innovation in both content creation and delivery methodology for increased impact
Experience in designing and/or managing sales leadership programs
Ability to influence at a senior executive level
Superior presentation and face to face relationship building skills
Very strong business acumen
Process oriented, decisive and comfortable in a fast paced but sometimes ambiguous operation environment
