Director Ecosystem Programs IBM New York

This role will lead the global program framework for the Developer Ecosystems Group. Responsibilities include working closely with the Strategic Ecosystem Partnerships team to scale agreements and amplify within our program structure. They will interact directly with our ecosystem partners to develop growth plans once they mature past on-boarding. They are expected to build the strategy for how each partner supports the program framework both at the global level and develop opportunities for global expansion in our target cities.
They will manage all curriculum, digital experience, content and geo interlocks across 4 strategic programs: Academic, Enterprise, Emerging (Startups) and Open Technology. The candidate will drive strategic direction of all programs and amplification activities across the organization. They will partner with the offering management function to select the most relevant offerings within each program and ensure their digital experience is delightful. They will own the outcomes and results around program engagement both on-line and off-line and report on those results by implementing a full suite of automation tools to measure success.
The candidate will be expected to manage the global programs budget, geography allocation and program sign-off on all city plans in collaboration with the Developer Advocacy leader and City Leaders.
