Director Americas Cloud Go-to-Market Operations Google Mountain View

You will provide thought leadership to our regional sales VP, think strategically and help drive best global practices. Simply put, you will help an already successful business maintain its leadership and help Google define operational initiatives that contribute to the company's growth. Reporting to the Global Head of Cloud Inbound Sales and Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations, you will be confident working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving global executive environment and be prepared to lead a high-performing operational/insights team.
Responsibilities
Identify, structure, and lead key business programs across Cloud Customers including strategic planning, business scaling, resource allocation/trade-offs, growth programs, quota setting, performance improvement programs and reorganization.
Provide thought leadership to the Cloud Customers VP and functional leaders, gain the required support to execute programs.
Lead the Americas wide Cloud Customers team to execute Cloud sales across all segments.
Align with cross-functional partners including Support, Vertical Solutions, Demand Execution, Revenue Programs, Finance, Marketing and HR.
Share best practices with other regional Google Sales Operations teams.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of management consulting experience and/or sales operations experience in technology and/or media industries.
Experience working in an Enterprise Software/SaaS sales organization.

Preferred qualifications:
Strong, demonstrable experience of leading large global programs and consulting projects at a consulting firm and in an Enterprise sales space.
Familiarity with traditional as well as contemporary/online marketing tactics and strategy.
Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment with limited direction, balance competing priorities, and manage several time-sensitive projects at once.
Ability to excite, lead and drive results from a small and high caliber team.
Strong project management, problem solving, presentation and communication skills.
