Will report directly to the Vice President, Financial Operations and serve as a Financial Business Partner and Advisor. The position will be responsible for business performance, improving efficiency and driving growth for the operation. Ability to think strategically while taking on challenging issues and will bring pragmatic solutions to complex issues.
Primary Responsibilities:

Lead Finance person partnering with the Product, Commerce and Sales teams on the design and deployment of new products, enhancements and features to ensure accuracy and data governance through the ecosystem.
Partner with Corporate Controller and Internal Audit in the management of financial policies and procedures related to revenue recognition and internal controls in conjunction with new product launches and platform enhancements.
Partner with FP&A to implement revenue recognition reporting. Enable reporting to be real-time, fact based, insightful and actionable enabling management to make better, faster, more informed decisions.
Oversee and manage the Customer Account structure hierarchy ensuring Ecosystem alignment (end to end). Ensure accuracy, data quality and transparency.
Execute credit reviews for new customers.
Partner with Corporate Controllers office in the management of financial policies, procedures and internal controls related to revenue recognition.
Prepare management reports, KPI’s and audit schedules.
Broad financial involvement in systems, financial & management reporting, as well as deal assessment.
Works collaboratively with internal and external customers to achieve business results.
Proactive, motivated, results oriented individual capable of partnering with diverse perspectives and backgrounds to negotiate positive outcomes that impact the work of internal, external and cross-functional partners.

Execute ad hoc projects as directed by senior management.
Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years’ experience working in a dynamic, fast paced environment
BS/BA Finance or Accounting, CPA or MBA preferred
Thorough knowledge of GAAP principles and Sarbanes Oxley required
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute as a hands-on working manager.
