This position is responsible for the development of business within the technology sector, working at the national level spearheading operations and corporate development as well as cross functional application of management initiatives within the Enterprise Manages Services Division.
Responsible for managing the strategic development of either the existing client base, the development of new business with existing and potential clients and building senior level relationships with client contacts at key accounts within the technology sector while ensuring operational integrity and alignment to business goals.
Aggressively grow the sales organization in key markets and segments while monitoring the establishment, development and enhancement of customer relationships
Responsible for the development of a cross-functional strategic plan as well as implementation of an operating plan within assigned locations based on market research and competitor analysis.
Develop sales teams in the achievement of the territory’s sale quota, effective pricing and margin sustainability and development and retention of productive sales talent
Help develop strategy for both short and long term goals that directly impact the organization’s profitability
To give direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives
Work closely with Vice President, EMSD and other senior business partners to ensure that corporate directives are clearly communicated and achieved nationally.
Displays excellent human relations skills as judged by intellect, communications ability, approachability, and integrity
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, along with at least 8 – 10 years experience in relevant industry, customer service and sales oriented environment. Must have experience interfacing with executive level customer contacts. Extensive knowledge of several disciplines and ability to integrate critical information from many diverse areas. Requires extensive theoretical and practical knowledge of major segments of the organization. Ability to resolve critical and complex issues impacting overall organizational direction and results.
