Responsibilities

Support product launches and develop go-to-market plans across verticals
Manage development of sales enablement tools and training for field sales and partners
Drive outbound marketing strategies to improve awareness, share of voice, sales pipeline, and market position
Develop thought-leadership materials designed to accelerate our business momentum and better engage customers
Lead market research (quantitative and qualitative) strategy to stay ahead of trends as well as get deep understanding of target segments/verticals to drive business priorities
Engage with cross-functional team in defining pricing and packaging Influence our product roadmap by being the expert on our target audience and competition: know what buyers care about, how they buy and their buying criteria
Strategically partner with cross-functional teams on projects to drive business results
Desired Skills and Experience

BS undergraduate degree, MBA a plus but not required
10-15+ years of experience in enterprise B-to-B marketing (SMB is also a plus) in various roles of increasing responsibility
Experience managing in a marketing role
Exceptional writing/communication skills
A keen eye for detail and marketing creativity
Able to go deep technically and understand our product intimately
Analytical and able to juggle many projects with small staff
Must be enthusiastic about developing the plan, but just as happy to roll up your sleeves to execute against it
Very strong written and communications skills – must be able to communicate the value proposition of the company, able to create original content, edit existing content, etc.
Knowledge of the real estate sector is a plus
