Support management of WMG’s domestic and international lease portfolio.
Manage transactions in connection with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, lease renewals, lease terminations, etc.
Prepare financial analysis and support documents for real estate leasing and sales transactions.
Manage and direct facilities team.
Partner with business units to define real estate requirements.
Gain business unit and senior management buy-in/alignment staying abreast of their goals and needs.
Communicate corporate and business unit requirements to third-party service providers, negotiate service level agreements and ensure delivery.
Maintain communication with management real estate and local senior leaders on all aspects of real estate and construction projects including schedules and milestone action data.
Coordination and oversight of construction projects.
Responsible for the delivery and creation of project schedules and managing projects within budget guidelines in a timely manner.
Post and maintain process documents on collaborative shared drive.
Create project schedule and manage the project to ensure completion is accomplished in a timely manner.
Create and maintain budgets and forecasts.
Frame and quantify opportunities for cost savings, streamlining operations and transformational initiatives.
Prepare various presentations for senior management.
Manage both external third party service providers and internal customers to ensure business units receive the appropriate service level and quality at the lowest possible cost.
Improve and maintain a global lease administration database.
Develop and implement Global Real Estate Policies, Standards and Processes.
Develop CRE policies that lead to more effective asset utilization, improve service performance and reduce total real estate costs.
Stay abreast of industry information, Benchmark, research, translate and implement Global Real Estate best practices.
Schedule and participate in all project meetings.
