As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the outbound positioning and go-to-market strategy for Bluewolf’s core service offerings. You will work with internal subject matter experts to craft key messages, and overall positioning for Bluewolf’s services. You'll conceive, develop, plan, and support execution of innovative marketing programs that drive demand and ROI. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities and experience into customer benefits is crucial. In your role as a Product Marketing Manager you will be an expert in market-based personas, how they buy and their buying criteria and will be responsible for developing a complete sales enablement plan and tools to transfer that knowledge to Bluewolf’s global sales channel.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Intelligence: Be an expert in the competitive landscape and how personas/buyers purchase
Positioning: Build differentiated and defensible market positions for Bluewolf’s services (Blueprint, Implementation, Beyond Managed Service, Our Methodology), renaming as needed
Marketing: Create multi-channel assets for all services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to measure impact and ROI
Sales Enablement: Lead and communicate the value proposition to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process across your services
Be the expert on Bluewolf’s services, and work with the corporate marketing team on product launches, quarterly integrated marketing campaigns, and events
Salesforce certification as required by role upon hire
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
3+ years of Product Marketing experience, preferably in a professional services or technology environment
Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties, managing tight deadlines
Proven track record of success with sales enablement efforts
Strong writing and communication skills
Knowledge of PowerPoint & Keynote
Ability to digest complex information
